    Mac OS X 10.12.6 - MC 8.9.1 = PROBLEMS

    Hi, I'm using a MacBook Pro 2017 - OS 10.12.6 - MC 8.9.1 - DNXHD36 and I have some problem with the AniMatte FX :

I can't use the RECT TOOL - the OVAL TOOL and the POLY TOOL :-( but I can use the CURVE TOOL. Any way, when I'm in this FX all my frame became in revers color and I don't see exactly what I'm doing when I move a key. It looks like there is a problem betwin the graphic card and the MC…

Is there someone who have the same problem and found the solution ?

    Thx for any answer :-)

    Best regards

Just curious if you did your install of avid Mc from the app manager or from a downloaded .dmg file. I have seen this in the past and it has usually been from updating MC from the app manager. I still download the .dmg, do a manual uninstall, and then install from the .dmg. As convenient as the app manager is it has usually always caused me problems with the effect tool in the way you are describing.
