Hi I'd try to use your support form as it is suggested in the FAQ for an pdf invoice. But your support form needs some support I guess.
Please select a product. Where? The is no field to fill.And "Beliebte Telefon" sounds funny. It's like a phone number everyone loves. It's just "Telefon", if you ever update this form.

I believe the webstore team responded.... this was purchased froma reseller so that is where you need to obtain the invoice.
It was purchased via webstore, the confirmation emails are from avid.com, the product appears in "order history", "My products" and so on. I just don't know who else to contact, or, if avid sell it to me trough a reseller. I cannot find a resolution for the case # 03382496, probably because it was not opened by me. I can send you few print screens directly to your email, if it helps. Please, help me with this issue. Thank you!

I get the same error message.
My problem is that there's the wrong name written on the invoice, it was what I firest typed in but when I actually bought Avid, all data was correct and so it is in my user profile so I wonder where the other name was saved. Could that be corrected for the latest invoice and for all coming?
