      So sorry I'm going to check this.  May I know if you might still remember the last thing you did before this issue occurs, like uploading files, change settings etc.This might help us speed the process.

    I'm doing my own investigation, when I log into your account I found out you don't have the buttons.

    Ralph and I got part of this fixed....  now when you log in - you can see all the tabs across the home page which prior you could not.  I also upped the limit on characters to use in a profile since yours has so many .........  Didnt help.  we are trying a few more things which may be relate to video upload but I will let you know.

    Sorry that you two are having to waste your prcious time letting IT off the hook.

    Ralph I got an email. Saw it when I woke up this morning.

    I have no idea when things started to go wrong on my User Profile pages, it could be a question of a year or so. It was just recently that I started to think my profile was, as Marianna noted, way too large. Full of unnecessary details about things that really would not help anyone troubleshoot any problems I might have with MC.

    Many years ago, when I started filling in details on the profile, I fell into the trap of thinking I could try and "impress" folks by listing a lot of completely useless information. Geeked  There are still many others who have such bloated Profiles............

    Can you send me a copy of the error message you are getting
    I will check with my provider to see if they can see why your emails are bouncing.

    Other than that I don't use any other email address.

    Email notifications from the Avid forums get through to me with the douglas@gaijin-eyes.com email address.
    I don't see why you and Marianna's should be singled out to bounce.

    It is now 7 months since I brought this problem to Avid's attention.

    Today the only change in my situation is that someone, not me, has been in and changed my signature and my system specifications.

    Avid?
