    Avid Application Manager problem

    Hello,

    I have the last version of AMC, but I have a problem with my license. When I open the program, the AMC Activation windows appear, but in Application Manager the licence is activated. If I try to deactivate the license I have this message:

    I tried to reinstall all, but nothing.

    Please help me.

    Manually deactivated and asked that you delete a few folders.

    This is the solution:

     

    Win 7 and 8

    Stop in Task Manager:

    AvidApplicationManager.exe

    AvidAppManHelper.exe

     

    Delete the folders in bold:

    C:\ProgramData\Avid\AppManager\Cache

    C:\ProgramData\Avid\AppManager\Db

    C:\ProgramData\Avid\Licenses

    C:\ProgramData\Avid\Common

     

    Launch (in this order)

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Avid\Application Manager\ AvidAppManHelper.exe

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Avid\Application Manager\ AvidApplicationManager.exe
