Re: Media Composer v8.5.3 | NOW AVAILABLE

I got an ugly Bug on this new version.

    Running OSX 10.11.3

On a MacBook Pro Retina 15-inch, mid 2014)

    2.5Ghz Intel Core i7

    16GB ram

    Nvidia Geforce GT750M 2048MB ram

    Avid 8.5.3

As soon as I try to click "Audio Project" in the settings, I get a Segmentation fault in MainThread at address 0x0

    and the application totally crashes.

Can not set the Audio Project settings at all.

    That's no good.

Re: Media Composer v8.5.3 | NOW AVAILABLE

Creating new user settings allowed me to access the Audio Project settings.

    Seems they Broke between 8.5.2 > 8.5.3

It's good always having to create new settings from scratch all the time.

It would be cool if each time you opened Avid you had to rebuild all your settings etc. I think that would be fun.Cool
