    Check your credit card! Billing issues

    I found this month that Avid has double-billed me. $30 on April 5 and another $30 on April 6. This sort of glitch, which should never happen with an automatic system, is very worrisome. I try to keep track of what appears on my credit card, but as I'm sure we all experienece, it can be difficult to keep up. It's disconcerting that this process can double bill for no apparent cause (there hasn't been any weird issues or changes with my billing recently).  So this a PSA! Check your bill, too! 

     

    *note* I submitted a request to the billing department to have it correted and am awaiting the reply.

    My case has been resolved quickly. The rep said, however, that this is a bug with the system right now. So I encourage everyone to keep an eye on their statements.

    Hi, Marianna! Yesterday when trying 3 times to buy a Pro Tools submission for a month ($ 29.99), I had my American Express card loaded for 3 times as well. But the Avid website said it had not completed the purchase. Now I'll have to pay $ 89.97 without having the Pro Tools license.
    Can you help me?
