Enable drop-frame TC in Capture tool with "Internal" TC source

When capturing in "non-controllable deck" mode ("Globe" mode in MC8), I generally use TC generated by the computer's clock ("Internal").

Why not allow the user to prefer drop-frame TC when capturing like this?  If it's being generated from the internal clock, it would seem DF is the best way to keep it closest to "real clock time" for long captures.

If there's already a way to change this, please point it out - I'm not finding it.

    Bump.

Please enable drop-frame timecode in the Capture tool when set to internally-generated timecode.

This helps in "walk-away" situations when you want to ensure the capture starts and ends at the right clock time.
