I have been sending support tickets with no replies so I decided to try the forums.
I had 2 accounts, one which is my school email and one which is my personal email. I mistakenly activated products on both accounts and I wish to merge both accounts into just 1 for easier management.
I hope someone would be able to help me.

You should contact Avid Support by phone.

Select Broadcast & Video, then on the next page click the + next to Contact Support and call the number listed for your area. Help with activation issues is free, and it's option 2 from the phone menu.
If you don't get anywhere with them, send an email to Marianna Montague (marianna.montague@avid.com). She's their customer advocate, and can help you.
