Exception: MXFIndexTableMapper::ReadRange - End Sample Index exceeds on-disk Entry Count.

Here's an error that I've seen on multiple computers on our network.

Exception: MXFIndexTableMapper::ReadRange - End Sample Index exceeds on-disk Entry Count.

We'll get the error when bringing a clip into Media Composer (actually Newscutter, in this case) from Interplay Access.  The error occurs upon double-clicking the asset in the bin.  90% of our media (and all of the clips in question) are recorded from a router we have in-house as the events occur live.  The odd part is that with each of these clips, any other computer on the network can access them just fine, but that one computer is unable to use that specific clip, even if it is deleted from the bin and re-added.

A search of the forums led to some other users having the same error under very different conditions.

For posterity, here's the solution we came to:

The offending computers all had attached hardware (Mojo). By deactivating it in the editor, we were able to view the clips.  In a timeline, simply click the gears icon in the upper right.
