Playback and Record on AirSpeed 5000

Is there a way to playback and record concurrently on the AirSpeed utilizing different channels?

For example: Ch1+2: Playback, Ch3+4: Rec

Can this be done through manual settings or API?

    videoguy26,

The controller can send record or play commands to each channel.

For example the controller for channel 1 and the controller for channel 2 can both send PLAY commands while the controller for channel 3 and the controller for channel 4 can both send RECORD commands.

    Each channel has independent controls.

Also play and record have an optional Start Time attribute that allow for defining when the PLAY or RECORD is to occur.

    StartTime

This is an optional STRING attribute for the start time TC (time of day). The default is to start immediately.

    Hope this helps,

    - Rob

And note that these commands may be sent using the API protocol.

Each channel can send PLAY or RECORD with  a start time attached to it.
