What is the work flow, if any, to get a MC project from MC 6/7 onto a MC5.5 release.

For projects from MC 7 you need the latest 5,53 version and for projects from 6 and 6,5 it should work with any 5,5 version, the prefered workflow might be to use the " open bin " command in 5,5 to bring the project in, it have worked for me without doing this however.

Remember that all filters that have been used in the later versions have to be installed also on 5,5 to make this work otherwise they need to be replaced with what you have avaliable on the 5,5 side .

add ... also remember that J2k and dnx 85 / 100 encodes done on later versions not will be visible on 5,5
