    Can't access my 'my products'

    Whenever I select aneything under the my 'products' or 'store and billing' headings I get a blank tab labelled "submit form" follow by a "500 internal server error" message. This is preventing my from downloading my products (I was able to download ProTools intially but am unable to view my products now)

    I can see your master account but their is NO online store linked to it - just community and the DL center.  Did you create a NEW master account recently.
