I have a problem My media composer does not give any defaultsettings for my euphonics mc color. The mc color sees my workstation pc  I can only use on the Artsi Color  the applications button and the shift button is ligthing. But all other keys are not working inclusing the Oleds. In the MC  the controllersetting is on eucon and for the MC I downloaded the lastest software . That means that if I start the MC Color the Oleds give the avid logos. Anybody has an idea what the problem is?

The Artist Color is not supported for 5,5, you need 6.0 or later

Actually, according the Artist Controller Spec page v5.5 and up is qualified.

I have never used one, so I'm not sure if it is supposed to work or not.

is says from 5.5... but when I got my Artist colour they said you must have 6.0, either there is a typo or they have changed the drivers or an update of 5.5... not much help... i'm sorry

Artist Transport , Mix and Control came with 5,5 whilst Color wasn´t supported until version 6

Ah, first line says Control, second line says Color. Confusing, must be a typo, I've asked MM.

Oke thanksall,  I have to find out if I upgrade to 6.0 if my digi 002 still wil work with the 6.0 .I use it via firewire  Anybody knows that?
