    Online Resources pane hangs AVID

    Hi all,

    I have noticed that when selecting the help menu and then selecting Knowledge base or forums it opens a pane in AVID called Online Resources, it always hangs up and leaves AVID in a 'not-responding' mode.   Does anyone else have this problem or does anyone use it, it looks like a web browser built into AVID, maybe its just not upo to speed?    Anyone use it, anyone having problems?

    I saw it once about 10 days ago with 10.8, Safari and MC6.5. Pushing a tight deadline I did not pay much attention to the how and why.

    Please make Slip and Slide mode selection AND any added new functions available for mapping (to buttons or KB) via the Command Palette.
