    San Diego

One of my Japanese students will be in San Diego in the middle of April.
She will be there with her husband who will be attending a medical conference during the daytime.

She will be free to wander around sightseeing and shopping.

I's like to find someone in San Diego who can email me and maybe answer a few questions about the area.

    Regards,
    Douglas

    Re: San Diego

I was just there a couple weeks ago.  There's definitely plenty to do.  I would recommend a visit to the Point Loma Lighthouse.  Fantastic views of the ocean and the city.  Also, the Balboa Park area has numerous museums and the San Diego Zoo, which will easily eat up a day of sight-seeing.

Here's a second vote on the zoo - went there years ago and it was amazing.

The Wild Animal park is the best anywhere. Get there VERY early though. As it gets warmer, the animals hide. I recommend the camera safari tour,
