Confusing response there.  As far as I know Apogee does not make a vidoe IO device - only audio.  And their products have never been low priced.  So if you are truely looking for a low priced video IO, I am curious as to what you meant.

Now if you are looking for audio only IO for a Media Composer then that is a whole different question.  The Apogee web page does mention Avid MC compatibility.  Maybe you should search there.

Yeh, should have made it a tad clear: I meant audio io, like Apogee. But after searching on the forum (Avid) it doesn't sound like they play too well together. So much for Avids more 'open' nature. Lets just keep things proprietry shall we...
