Dear Sir/Madam, How are you?I can't upgrade my Pro Tools 11 (previously upgraded from Pro Tools 10 education) to the Pro Tools 12.
I could only add the desired item from your sale page but then when I key in my user ID, I can only get messages as the following:Your chosen iLok account does not have enough qualifying product licenses for upgrade. Please review the following errors and fix them or change your iLok User ID to a different one that contains valid qualifiers for the upgrade.
Missing 1 qualifying license(s) for upgrade to Pro Tools (9511-65889-00)I'm a current faculty teaching in universities in Taiwan, and I believe I'm eligible for the upgrade (the option of the 99 US dollars).Could you please check it for me?
Thanks,
