Is anyone else having problems with renewal support?
My support plan expires in about five hours and I've been trying for two days to renew it.
I have a perpetual license for MC but it's edu and I want to cross grade to the standard perpetual lisence.
The proper option comes up online, however it won't let me add it to my cart.
It provides an error code. I've called Avid but they were unable to help. I've opened a case but haven't heard anything back. I'm worried that my current plan will expire before I can get the issue resolved.

Webstore folks are working on your case, looks like there is an issue with your account, don't worry about the expiration you still have a grace period to renew. I'll monitor your case in the next 24hours.
