This was the successful formula as the new President of the group Peter Hordylan hosted his first meeting. Former President
Al Mitchell was there to assist and was presented with a gift and an award for his 10 years of service.
Eric Abboud, Post Production Producer of Project Runway Canada, was moderator of the panel. The panel featured Lisa Grootenboer, editor and Hugh Elchuk, assistant editor, of the Showtime/CBC drama "The Tudors"; Owin Lambeck, editor of "Canada’s Next Top Model" and Kerry Davies, editor of the sitcom, “Da’ Kink in My Hair”.
The audience was very interested listening to the differences in editing styles and techniques when editing from a script versus editing a non scripted reality show.
