Playback issues

Hi Folks In our facility, we use a NAS server as our shared storage. It has a very good throughput and an excellent response. We were facing some unexplainable playback issues and today i've figured out that the dropped frames happened 2 seconds before a cut with a polyphonic audio, sometimes with an audio dissolve the problem gets more evident...

Try pointing to the folder containing the folder where the files are located. In other words, 2 folders up. Also, make sure you've copied everything exactly as it is on the card. For example if you've got a folder named "Contents" that has a bunch of MXF files inside of it and you rename it to "Contents 2" because otherwise...

Yeah that was the first thing I tried. Even tried files on the root directory named Macintosh HD, Extra HD etc.
