Rip or Tear Effect

I need to create a ripping or tearing effect, where the outgoing shot tears in half with jagged edges revealing the incoming shot. Is there an easy way to create this in BCC?

Remember file selection in Import Files window after clicking on "Options..."

When you select "Import Media" in a bin and the "Select files to Import" window shows up and start selecting the files that you would like to import, if you click on the "Options..." button to double check or change your import settings, Avid will forget what files you had selected for import. This happens to me most often...

yeah, is not possible. you can screw up lots of things during ingest. like color levels, interlacing, resolution. but not framerate.
