Just for future reference, you cannot use MPEG-2 based media with QT reference files. There used to be a paid plug-in from Apple that would display MPEG-2 properly, but this when removed a long time ago.

Hi daquest, We need a little more information than that. Specifically, what is the source format and CODEC, what is the timeline format, and what kind of file are you exporting (e.g. Quicktime MP4 50Mb/s, etc.)
